PROJECT: Mural Wall from Client's Design
OBJECTIVE:
The client provided us with their own design that we then recreated on the wall space.
OVERVIEW & PROCESS:
Like always the first step is preparing the wall. On this mural we didn’t have to tape and cover up too much because it is outdoors. We just put down some cloth so we won’t mess up the floor and the city doesn’t give us (or the landlord who we have a rental agreement with) any tickets or summons. Of course we always work with permits to prevent any delays and troubles for ourselves and most importantly the client. Professionalism and quality as well as keeping the due date is why many clients and corporations come to us to have custom painted murals done, nationwide and internationally.
The primed wall is ready to be painted.The first spray paint lines on the wall for the Scion Job. We got hired to replicate a photo that won a contest sponsored by Scion. We mainly paint our walls freehand without any grids on the wall. For the logos we often use stencils so they can be painted exactly on the mural and by-passers will recognize the logos right away. Unless the client requests to have it painted freehand and more in our graff style. Step by step we follow the provided photo and replicate it almost 100%.
The final mural is done after 7 hours of work and we have another job successfully finished.
